Returns
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition

It must be returned with the original packaging

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Please contact us at contact@voyza.co.uk before returning any item. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following items:

Items marked as final sale or non-returnable

Custom or made-to-order items
These exclusions are in line with UK consumer protection laws.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without one.
